1. About these terms

These terms govern use of www.paulioskos.com. By accessing the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

The site is operated by Paulioskos Tech Consulting Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 17354568, with registered office at Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE. The website does not currently provide online ordering or conclude paid service contracts automatically.

2. General information only

The website provides general information about Paulioskos, its experience, approach and potential services. It is not a binding offer, quotation, contractual commitment, technical design, warranty, legal advice, regulatory advice, tax advice, financial advice or insurance advice.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract, confidentiality agreement, client relationship, duty to act, support obligation or service level. A binding engagement exists only when authorised parties agree the relevant written proposal, contract, order or statement of work. Those agreed terms take priority over general website content.

3. Permitted use

These permissions do not transfer ownership and do not permit commercial republication, substantial reproduction, rebranding, resale, systematic dataset creation or use that implies an unauthorised affiliation.

4. Prohibited use

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, Paulioskos is authorised by the relevant creators or rights holders to use the website design, text, graphics, logos, photographs, code and downloadable material. Paul and Edward have developed original website material for the Paulioskos project. Relevant rights are held by or may be formally assigned to Paulioskos Tech Consulting Ltd.

Requests for broader reuse should be sent to [email protected].

6. Accuracy and availability

Paulioskos aims to keep information accurate and the website available, but content may become incomplete or out of date and the site may be changed, suspended, withdrawn or restricted without notice. Paulioskos does not guarantee continuous operation, error-free content, suitability for a particular purpose or freedom from every vulnerability or harmful component.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience or reference. Paulioskos does not control and is not responsible for their content, security, availability, accessibility, privacy practices or terms. A link does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to applicable law and to the maximum extent permitted, Paulioskos is not liable for loss arising solely from reliance on general website information without an agreed professional assessment, inability to access or use the public website, acts or failures of third-party websites or services, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Where paid services are provided, the signed proposal, statement of work, order and applicable contract govern liability and take priority over these terms.

9. Privacy, cookies and security reports

Personal information is handled as described in the Website Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice. Suspected vulnerabilities must be reported privately under the Responsible Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from website use are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to a user in another jurisdiction.

Website-related notices may be sent to [email protected]. Postal correspondence may be sent to the registered office at Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE. Publishing an email address does not by itself amount to agreement to accept service of court proceedings by email.

11. Changes

Paulioskos may update these terms by publishing a revised version in the Trust Centre. The version and effective date identify the terms that apply to website use at that time.
