Result handling
The tool uses the website server’s configured DNS resolution path, supports only the listed record types, applies a timeout and caps both answer count and displayed record length. It does not accept visitor-supplied resolvers.
NXDOMAIN means the name does not exist; NODATA means that the name exists but no record of the selected type was returned. Temporary resolver failures and timeouts are reported separately.
Diagnostic snapshot only, not continuous monitoring. DNS answers vary with caching, geography, resolver behaviour and changes in progress.
